Tereso Paralegal Services will attend the Landlord and Tenant Board to represent you in matters involving disputes between residential landlords and tenants. Claims included, but not limited to are late rent, unpaid rent, unpaid utilities, maintenance and repair, and ending a tenancy.

Tereso Paralegal Services can represent you whether you are the landlord or the tenant. If the tenant is still in possession of the rental unit, both tenants and landlords must file an application within one year that the breach occurred.
As of September 1, 2021 landlords can now claim unpaid rent, utilities and other out of pocket expenses by former tenants, within one year of the move out date. A former tenant can also make a claim within one year of the move out date.
